Airtel — airtel broadband relocation related issue

I was using airtel boradband connection (Account no : [protected]) since many months, and i had raised a request to airtel regarding the relocation on 30th nov. After few days the customer care person called back saying there is no possibility of airtel connection in the new area and had asked confirmation for connection cancellation. I had accepted too as they had mentioned that airtel was not providing the broband in the new area.
But after i had moved to the new location i had realized that airtel already had many connections given in the same apartment it self where i had moved.
There are multiple advertisement signs near our apartment from airtel broadband for new connection, when i had contacted them they are ready to give new connection.
Where as airtel customer care misguided me with false details and not ready to provide the connection retained back.
If i could continue with my old account, i could get my old plans applicable by just paying the relocation charges additionally (I agreed to pay that)..
Now why should i pay for the re-connection charges and why should i again start with new plans/tarrifs?
During the time when i took the connection, they promised that they will shift the connection on relocation with relocation charges.. But now they did not stick to their words.
This is completely unfair service from airtel and will be considered as cheating.
