AIRTEL SPENDS GOOD AMOUNT OF MONEY AND TIME IN TRAINING ITS EMPLOYEES HOW TO CHEAT CUSTOMERS AND INDULGE INTO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES AND GIVE FALSE PROMISES - REALLY APPRECIATE THE PERSEVERANCE WITH WHICH ENTIRE AIRTEL TEAM IS HELL BENT IN CHEATING CONSUMERS AND SELLING FRAUDULENT PLANS -- HIGHLY COMMENDABLE Airtel has been fraudulently charging me for 8mbps data plan for past 12 months, where as in reality the speed supported by airtel cables is not more then 4mbps I have been raising this issue for past 12 months and airtel team has been making one or the other excuse on pretext of checking hardware n switches Every one at Airtel is big fat lair, received call from Social media cell of Airtel yesterday and the female was trying to cover up by giving all false reasons n logic to cover up;regarding Airtel selling fraudulent 8MBPS plan when in reality the hardware cables don't support more then 4 mbps data speed ( I have call recording my conversation with the social cell rep of Airtel) The entire Airtel organization is full big fat liars and it follows from top to bottom to every Airtel representative : from customer care to : Appellate to social media cell Airtel operations are going into losses and they have resorted to such cheap tricks of selling fraudulent plans All Airtel Appellate team is good at giving false assurances and promises : no one from Airtel Appellate team has called me with resolution in-spite of promise in black and white over above mails NO ONE SHOULD USE AIRTEL BROABAND : BIG FRAUD COMPANY Below are few of my mail exchange with Airtel reps Hi Revathi, I am really at loss of the words to express my frustration and disgust with fish market like attitude of Airtel Entire Airtel operations are run like a local grocery shop if such is your behavior with 8 years old customer With reference to appending mail of yours, no one from Airtel higher authority bothered to call me on 24/09/206 in the entire day, neither there is any resolution till date Do you understand english ??? or have bare minimum IQ to understand the context of my mail & your own replies in appending mail with regards to the issue ???
