We had applied for disconnection of airtel broadband services in May as we were shifting our premise. We find that the same is not yet deactivated and airtel has been charging the monthly rent for May and June when we have not used at all. there has been numerous automated calls coming from various number harassing us to make payment for the outstanding amount when we have not utilized the service at all.
We gave also got calls from numerous customer care executive and everytime we have informed them about the disconnection not happened and each time they say they will look into it but there is no action taken. if we go to any airtel outlet they say that we have contact customer care, in customer care, we dont speak to the same executive twice and we dont know if they are really logging in our request as there is no response or action taken for this. We are really harassed because of this. we have shifted out of HRBR layout area. Was this information helpful? |
