Airtel — airtel broadband - service issues | |||
I have subscribed for the Broadband (40MBPS) plan from Airtel for 6 months. I was assured of providing hassle free services but after initial 15-20 days, the services kept deteriorating and even after raising complaints to the customer care and the technical guys, the services are not restored yet. The issue mentioned above impacts my commitments and indirectly affects my health as I need to travel a lot to work (as I am not getting the internet services I was committed to).
