Airtel — Airtel Broadband Static IP issue | |||
I requested for static IP for my broadband on 2nd Oct req#[protected]. Was told that within 72 hrs the request will be completed but I never received any update. Post 72 hrs I have been calling everyday for my request update but the dedicated service team promises the same thing- it has been escalated and you will get call back from backend team within 4 hrs but nothing happened. They keep giving me false assurance, there is no way you can escalate this issue to higher authority in airtel. I asked to discuss this issue with senior manager in airtel but I was told that no one is available and they will schedule a call back but it never happens. The irony is that they started charge of static IP on my monthly bill without enabling this service. I had used this service in past and it was a smooth experience. With Airtel Blank premium service its getting worse. Been with airtel for the past 20 years but now I seriously thinking of changing to another provider if I don't get fast resolution to this issue.
