On 15 July, I called Airtel customer care to confirm if they have connection in Pune Ravet Pin code (412101) It was confirmed by them that yes, we can provide you connection. Based on this information we shifted to Ravet Pune on 22nd July. we called Customer care to transfer our connection to from Nashik to Pune they said we have raised the ticket you will receive the technician number on you mobile and it will be resolved in 4hr. we called that number technical support was from Nashik he said I cannot help with the request.
we again connected with Airtel CC - They said you pin code is wrong.
we again connected - They said Tech are not availed hence the delay.
we called again they said that this area does not have feasibility and they cannot provide us broadband connection here.
[protected] - call from Airtel called that we have raised your request and you will get call from our technician sharing 2 number one of the techs who does not belong to this area and 2nd was on their own frustrated customer who also harassed by Airtel customer care and not provided with connection in Hadapsar area.
We shifted to new city new area from Nashik to Pune based on CC information's now there is not airtel service provider available - I am not able to do my office work everything is pending. I cannot change the house As I have paid the deposited rent and rent agreement.
Just because of the Customer cares careless ness and negligence to provide accurate information I have facing so much of difficulty.
Still they are not providing us with any satisfactory answers.
