Airtel dth not allowed us make our own plan... They continued our rental plan worth above 700 n not provide us proper information regarding changing my base plan... Airtel costumer care mislead us by giving wrong informations... According to new rules i can choose my own plan but company is not giving us any helpfull information regarding this rule so have can select our own pack...
