Airtel — airtel call drop/network issue | |||||
I had registered above complaint in aug 2018. Till date no response. Couple of days back while sorting billing issues i indicated to executive same, when 4 times the call dropped, she said she will escalate to network team. Yesterday technician a. Pandey came and checked signal strength; 10 instead of 100. A bts nearby (Pimpripada) was dismantled 6 months ago, no alternate site erected. I have 4 airtel nos.
