Case # 86313149 was submitted on July 6th about poor 4G network / bandwidth breakage issues & I have gone through nightmares dealing with Airtel care.
I work for a reputed IT company where I require a decent bandwidth for my office applications to enable Work-From-Home.
My monthly package is approx. Rs.942 for which my 4G hotspot does not even provide a stable connection for more than 10 min.
It keeps breaking 2-3 times within 15 min even on a simple Skype call and attached are off peak sample test reports which show how unreliable the network is.
As per screenshot attached, I have 10 Airtel towers in Alwal area and i stay less than half KM from the nearest Airtel tower & all other providers offer fantastic speeds.

I was asked to change my previous device though it was working but I still go through the same connection breakage even after purchasing the latest device.
Repeated complaints / cases filed from November 2017 till date, unfortunately no action taken and a single technical engineer has not visited my place till date.
Airtel customer care representatives call me approximately twice a week, only to ‘update’ information & ask ‘48 hours’ time but no info on any actions taken.
Best part is that every Airtel rep makes me repeat the problem again & again, as if they don’t have previous call logs and each one tells a different story.
My case logs & call recordings would prove the standard of service I receive from your end.
I have been a long loyal customer with Airtel for my TV / Internet / Phone services and such an after-sale service is totally unacceptable.
I was with a different internet service provider earlier and I was happy until I switched to Airtel.
Main reasons were the confident Airtel 4G speed challenge Ads on TV and also to ensure all my devices connect to one provider for easy payments.
I am very disappointed, disheartened, irritated & upset with the level o[censored]nreliable Airtel service, with no accountability or sense of responsibility.
My money is not being invested in the right place & with this example I feel that Airtel no longer seems to value customers time / trust / efforts or business.
Hope this mail reaches the right person who can actually stand up for customers & take ownership of concerns.
