Sir / madame With reference to the complaint no. 66988410 my airtel no [protected] I have been calling airtel customer care on 121 and 198 since 28 dec and have no solution, i have not been able to use or access data on my no. [protected] the bill has been paid and 11 gb of data pack is avalable i have visited the airtel store and gotten a new sim issued under the same no viz [protected] i have also visited apple store and checked all my hanset settings it has been difficult to handle so much. all my work is dependent on my phone and access to data emails whatsapp etc no one from your entire teaM HAS CALLED ME YET . my issues remain unsolved after numerous conplaints and visits to airtel store please treat this utmost urgently and resolve.
