I, Kratika Godika writing on behalf of Mr. Sanmati Godika (Customer ID: [protected]) using DTH of Airtel company from last many years but recently the company did fraud with me.
The company activated one channel at their own choice and charged additionally an amount of Rs. 50 per month (approximately) without taking my consent.
Recently, I just got to know that this additional amount was deducting from last 12 months.
When I called customer care and asked them to refund the amount which was deducted fraudulently by them, they said you had activated this channel so we're not liable to adjust this amount.
I want reimbursement of the amount & compensation from the Company for such their fraudulent act.
So you are requested to kindly look into this matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
