Recharged Mobile on 17th July with INR 2999 pack. But via app I am not able to get the soft copy of the bill. And after various attempts and it is 2 months but still Airtel is not able to provide bill which is minimum need for any purchase.

Called customer care and they have provided different options and approached all options, but no resolution was provided. Even Airtel support team has provided an email box which is not being monitored.
Raised complaint in ConsumerComplaints twice and issue was forwarded to Airtel team, but no resolution.
