Airtel — airtel connectivity issue for past 18+ days | |||
I don't have internet connectivity since 16th june 2018, my modem shows fibre optic issue with red led indicator on.in spite of making several service requests to airtel customer care, no one has resolved till date (4th july 2018). Customer care also says that the underground fibre optic cable has the issue and they would be resolving it soon. I understand that a connectivity issue is a common issue and this issue occurred almost every month for me. I raised several compliants in the past. They used to take 2 to 4 days to resolve but this time they already took 18+ days and still they didn't resolve the internet connection issue. I wish and want airtel to pay me a penalty amount for troubling me by not providing internet. Attaching snapshots of the messages from airtel which proves that the issue is continuing.
