Airtel — airtel customer care and store not supporting

I want to switch airtel postpaid to prepaid. When i visit airtel store they refused to do so as my number is only 1 month old. Then i call customer care to disconnect my number. Again again i post request to disconnect and they themself close my request. Help me asap or i will switch to other service provider. My number is [protected]. My request number is 85198848
