I have been a loyal customer for Airtel for so many years. Recently, I had an issue with the recharge that I did and called the customer helpline. The first level agent could not help me so she transferred to a senior executive named Ajmir.
Ajmir was impolite from the beginning of the call and did not listen to my concerns. He was so rude that I felt intimidated throughout the call.
I feel so traumatized and harrassed after the call with thim. You should not have a guy like Ajmir as a customer care executive.
He did not have any empathy or listening skills, he was so arrogant and tried to put the blame on me.
He was so determined that the fault was mine and kept shaming me with his comments.
