Airtel — airtel customer care only in kannada

When you dial this number, you only get an voicemail speaking in kannada.
There is no way to change the language.

In bangalore the it city where around 50 % people are outside karnataka, how do you expect to provide your service with above customer care number.

I have to first raise complain about how to raise complaint.

Airtel how would you survive when jio is giving you touch competition and the manner where you are providing such lousy service where i am not even able to make a simple call to your executive.
Let alone you being able to solve my actual problem.
