Airtel — airtel customer service is very poor!!! | |
I recharged for 65rs... But the balance was not updated... So called the customer care number on 15th aug @ 7.30pm (Approx)... The service was very very very poor... A person called naveen. N (Naveen kumar) spoke so irresponsibly... Very disappointing service... If this kind of service continues.. We will surely dump all the sims.. And switch to other better services... Please take care about how your executive's should handle their customers... Hope your service will get better.. And the person mentioned above will be taught how to speak to customers!
