Airtel — airtel customers are not offering offers even after taking care | |||||
Dear sir, I am pankaj. Called by airtel customer care on 29 september 2018_06:04 pm. I promised to give it to hello tune service ₹ 280, but when i did not deducted ₹ 280 and after that i did not receive any offers nor did i want to change some other song. No extra charges in it, but it was said by customer care that ₹ 280 will be charged for 1 year. There is no hidden charge and no extra money to payfor hellotune services. But now airtel customer care is saying that the offer is not available on your number and you refund money in the main balance but my main balance is no need of money. But after a few days, even after the main balance, they cut off the money by speaking the pretext of a internet or value added services, so i do not want the main balance and the offer was offered by airtel customer care to give me the same offer.
