Airtel is cheating customers with the internet data consumption. Im using airtel from more than 12 years, all these years it was atleast ok except connectivity issues. Currently, i am using 30gb postpaid plan, monthly data usage was generally around 15gb all these days and i used to get data roll over every month. All of a sudden the data consumption shown from past two months is very unfair. They claim more than 30 gb data is used in 10 days! And 80+ gb in 2 months. It is highly impossible for a working professional to use so much mobile data in so less time as we barely get time daily. When i approached the customer care, instant answer was to upgrade to higher package plans, hence it is very clear that this data cheating is very common for them and the immediate solution they give is to buy additional pack/upgrade the plan. Seriously there should be some action taken against such day time robbery. I'm now forced to think of switching to jio or other alternatives. Was this information helpful? |
