[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel data recharge | |||||
Respected Sir, Yesterday i had made a data recharge online worth Rs. 99 and my account balance is also deducted. But when i asked from customer executive she said there is no such type of data recharge and u get local calls free for 3 days in this Rs. 99. She talk me very rudely and not ready to listen my complaint. The recharge site is:http://www.airtel.in/Airtel3G/tariff.html This seems to be very irresponsible and making fool to the customers. If there is no such type of recharge den why the company is displaying on internet. This shows that they are having very weak company policies. And dis company seems to be a defaulter company.
