Airtel — Airtel did not provide broadband connection not processed refund | |||
I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 03-Oct-2020 and made payment of Rs. 2828/-. Now they are saying they do not have necessary infrastructure to provide connection. They said will initiate refund but i have not received any sms or email or any sort of confirmation. Not able to reach Airtel executive over phone. How should i get the refund processed? They do not have any specific email address for broadband customer support Was this information helpful? | |||
