Airtel — airtel digital tv connection not working

Hi,

According to new rule i choose new package and sent request to air tel on saturday[protected] and from saturday itself my digital tv not showing any channel. I complained about it to customer care but no one is serious. Daily my account balance is reducing. They are saying they are facing technical problem.
What the hell is this. My airtel account number is [protected]
