I am usin airtel digital tv since 2011. I use to recharge it annually which use to cost ₹1700-₹1800. Now they have increased the amount of the package to ₹2850 which is not affordable for me. So i did not recharged it. After 4 months i got a call from customer care that a offer is available for me, if i recharge ₹1484 i will get the same package for 1 year, except few channels like discovery, & some kids channel. So i planned to recharge it. Before recharging i again called customer care for confirmation. They again told the same thing. So i recharged it with ₹1484. But after that my whole package is changed. Non of the good movies channels are available, no infotainment channel, some news channels are also missing, my regional channels like star jalsa, jalsa movies are also not available. So i complaint 4 times to customer care but they didn't helped me. They are saying "in this package you will get these channels only & no refund is possible for this package. We are sorry if you have received any wrong commitment from us." they are just fooling customers like this. Was this information helpful? |
