[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel digital tv not installed | |||
Hai my name k. Pradeep kumar. I ordered airtel digital tv online in offcial airtel wbsite on 15.11.2014 at 3.03pm. I got message and confirmation that payment had received and they had given customer id : [protected].. But still now it is not installed. As per live chat i had done with airtel representative they said definetely with in 4-6 hours it will be installed. But till now no one called and nothing happened.. From 15.11.2014 afternoon 3 pm iam called nearly 8 times to customer care.. They are telling we are sending mails it will be done in next 4 hours like that but till now no reponse... If they are unable to provide service why they give false information to acquire business... Really very bad response from airtel Even they are refunding back money if they are unable to give service Was this information helpful? | |||
