Airtel — airtel digital tv not working | |||
My airtel tv [protected], got it recharged on 15th feb 2019, since that day in total my tv services not worked for 4 day, called customer care they said technician will visit but visit charges will be applied. First of all you charged my for the days for which my services not working. Now i should pay you for your technician visit too? Why? My dth services not working on22nd & 23rd feb. Not worked on 15th, 16th. Who is going to pay for the money which got deducted because of not services was provided. Was this information helpful? | |||

Still problem is same, I don't understand why this is happening. In today's fast world, no service for 3 days and no resolution for it. I hope it's a same brand 'AIRTEL'. They claim that they are the number one service provider in INDIA. I have now doubt on their leadership. "AIRTEL" or "AIRTEL GO TO HELL"
