[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel digital tv service | |||
I am an customer of AIRTEL Digital TV, for past 4 years, I had opted for a la cart package initally, since now i wanted to change from A la Cart to South India Mega pack, I had send may request and phoe calls to customer care requesting them to change the package, till today they haven't change the package. I feel that being a reputed company you'll should not have done these to the customer.
