He most pathetic service i have ever seen. Can this be escalated to the area manager please? I have placed a request ref no. 64010367 on 7th aug 2017 to upgrade my set top box to internet tv box. I got a call from an engineer called santosh - [protected] on 7th aug evening for the request and i told him that the set top box need to be replaced. He spoke in a very rude manner and just hung up on me without closing the conversation. I called the customer service again to complain against this engineer and requesting to assign another service engineer. Another request was placed ref no. 64011601 stating that the engineer is rude. On 8th aug, 10.15 am i receive a call from santosh again and i requested him to come at 3.30 pm to install the set top box, however he again spoke rudely and said that if i cant be home then why did i even place the request. He said that he will close the request mentioning that there is no stock of the internet tv set top box. I had no clue that the airtel service is so pathetic. If the set top box is not placed today, i would like to discontinue the services with airtel. Requesting an update asap on the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
