Airtel — airtel digital tv-signal problem watching tv

I am using airtel digital tv in my home from past 18 months and in a recent days i have a problem watching some regional hd channels. I reported to the customer care and they are saying to me that they will register the complaint and they will send a technician to my home and i need to pay rs 150/- to the technician. There is no point of paying here as the problem is from their side and they need to resolve and this is how they will treat customers and asking them to pay? This is 24/7 customer service? Worst and worst ever have seen like this
