Airtel — airtel digital tv validity issue

Dear sir / madam

This to inform you that with reference to customer id [protected], i have recharged with infinity pack for rs.5801 for period of 1 year ie. On 17/02/2018. When i requested details over phone they say that validity will be till oct 2018 which is not correct which should be till next feb 2019. I have also received message saying that long duration pack could not be updated. Please kindly update to long duration pack or i think this will be our last recharge on this service provider as we have also faced many problem in past which not at all promising and services from airtel have been worst for us. We have been customer of airtel digital tv for past 7 years please take action or you may be loosing most of your customers. Please kindly update details and also provide details of validity. Please do it asap and revert back.
