Airtel — airtel digital tv - vc mismatch

Hi all,

I have airtel digital tv connection. I got it installed in january 2018. First month i used it but after that it is not working. Since feb 2018 i am struggling to find that why i am not able to see any channel even if i recharge. I have logged complaint many times, every single time i call customer care. Now when i call them they will send service engineer and and he will say this problem is not from my end only customer care can help you and go back. Again i will call customer care and they will again send service engineer and he will say this problem is not from my end and will go back. Now this had happened some 4-5 times. And after digging into this by my own i got to know that on the day of activation of my connection same service engineer has done one more activation in the name of wasim pasha. Now what he had done is he had mapped my vc card to his account and his to min. Now every single time i am recharging it is going to that person's account and he is not at all recharging as he is getting it for free. I am following up with the airtel people and after multiple complaint first of all they are not able to find the issue and after i am telling them issues they are not ready to understand this issue. Every-time i call i have to explain everything from scratch which takes all my patients away. After some 20-21 complaints they understood my problem that what exactly it is but still they are not resolving this. I am fed-up with this now and do not have any more patients to call airtel and run behind them to resolve this. Can anyone help what i can do to raise a complaint to get my money refunded for connection and amount that i have recharged.
