Airtel — airtel digital tv (worst service) | |||
Hey guys, As per trai’s new notification i have created my own custom package (List of channels) on 25th of jan 2019 and forwarded to airtel and they confirmed the same that and even i got a message too from their end that it has been received and will be applicable from 1st of feb 2019. But it has been more than 80 hours now and no channel is working. I have tried to reach them (Airtel customer care) via phone on various occasion and they say that wait for few hours more and so on. Channels are still not working and now their number is not connecting either. Simply these people are humiliating the customers now. I am also going to raise the same complaints on other forums and social media too. With kind regards, Was this information helpful? | |||
