Hello..Airtel digital tv.has many problems..They are not providing us channels as per TRAI guidelines..They are not providing facility of adding & cancelling channels as our wish at any time..They provide us adding channels at any time, but does not provide cancelling options..Even their customer care numbers are fake..When we call to that number it says that this no. is not valid or most of the times, its busy..Even if they receive, they will say us to enter airtel digital tv customer Id or mobile no.but, then say you have entered wrong number & you have reached your limits. One of the biggest Indian telecom companies i.e.Airtel..is doing like this.. When we recharge every time with perfect amount, still they cut days of connection..If we recharge for 1 month, it will only come for 20 days..Even we cannot ask for that because they do not have valid number to call. Please help us..We are from Karnataka..I don't want to mention my name & exact place..Please give them punishments & resolve issue..& give us compensation. This is not only my problem..It is the problem of all airtel customers.. *Please help me* Was this information helpful? | |

I saw an advertisement regarding home based job in newspaper. As soon as I contacted they asked me for registration fees of rs 2150. When I asked for verification they started using unacceptable language and then disconnected the call. The numbers from which I received calls are- [protected] & [protected]
