[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel disconnection!!! And they are asking for money

My airtel at home for number[protected] ha snot been working since februrary and i had requested for fiber connection thinking it will start working except its not and i have told them to disconnect an they keep calling me 10 times asking for money for service which doesn't work and and they want me to pay close to 10000 rs as a charitable amount and i have emailed airtel and called service no and told close to 100 service guys telling them that please disconnect but they refuse to, this is such a harassment!!! Requested to disconnect and they said they will disconnect that and now i am getting calls from their customer care that my bill amount is due and now i am now not putting up at that place and already requested to disconnect 5 months back. Their so called retrieval experts start calling with out knowing any thing.
