[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel dishtv new connection setup issues | |||
I had applied for a new airtel dtv connection online on Monday i.e 03 nov 14 vide order no.09455306. Promptly I got a call from the local vendor that he will visit me in the evening which he never did.the next day I called up the customer care Hyderabad which promptly gave me the no. Of vendor and asked me to tie up with him(excuse me didn't I buy it online.if I was in a mood to haggle with him .I would have taken the connection directly from him) needless to say the vendor assured me one chap was enroute for installation who again never turned up. I lodged a complaint with airtel online this time ref id DT[protected] .I was again assured somebody will come back to me in 2hrs! Again nobody contacted me. I made repeated calls to the vendor and customer care who after 04 days have asked another 24 hrs to look into my problem. Didnt realize getting a simple airtel dtv installation would be such a harassing experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
