[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel DTH - Cheap and third rated service and response | |||||
We are using airtel dth for the past years. Some days back remote broke down and it was not working. When i called customer care, they said remote cost 175 and delivery charge 50/-, i[censored] have any airtel showroom nearby u can go and collect for 175. As we are staying in navalur, we have airtel showroom there. When we checked they said they dont have stock only main showroom adyar will be having. So we went there to collect. There we are told that they wont give stocks like tat, we need to book in with customer care so that they will deliver with charges (225/-) or else go and get in some electronics shop. What a worst service this. Y we have to get from local store / local brand /no warranty when we using airtel. All they need is that 50 rs. Cheap and third rated behaviour by airtel. Planning to disconnect the service. Its time to go back to government connection and atleast we can encourge govt service. Yes, clarity and channel wise it wont be that good but still its time.
