Airtel — Airtel DTH Complaint no. 67047000

1. Complaint no.[protected]th july-2022). Not resolve till date.
2. DTH not working last 15 days (DTH properly closed)
3. Complaint date 6th july

From Gurgaon Airtel DTH office people named Nitesh and Nitin are calling me for 15 consecutive days and promising me that your complaint will be resolved by this evening but it has not been received till date.
Both these persons neither provide me the name of the engineer nor do they provide his number.
I am attaching the recording of these two talks with me.

I request airtel head manager to take action against dth office gurgaon and these two person.
And full refund my recharge amount.
