Airtel — airtel dth complaint, secondary connection not activated | |||
Secondary airtel dth setup box was installed on 12/01/2019 by the airtel technician and made payment of 950 and the technician was saying it will be activated within 30 mins, but it was not activated and called the technician it is still not activated getting error code b003 dth is not activated, he was saying they are having server problem definitely it will be activated on tuesday but still it is not activated and the technician not picking my call in-spite of calling several times, called customer care and told it is not activated they was saying it is still not registerd give us 4 hours will do it but they had given false commitment and airtel is very lethargic and not professional in their work, called on 12 and complain has been raised 84909368 and escalation no 84924714 it has been raised but still it is not activated, on 16 this is the complain 85019219 and on 17th again complian raised 85050033, consecutively i had been calling in daily basis and the customer care gives false commitment it will be activated within 4 hours but it is not happing at all from airtel end, primary setup box no: [protected] and the secondary setup box no : [protected] this secondary setup box is still not activated and airtel are very negligent today also i had called they are giving false commitment saying tomorrow will be definitely activated but i am sure they secondary dth setup box will be activated, request to please look into it and intervene and to activate the secondary dth setup box asap.
