Airtel — Airtel DTH connection issue-unable to disconnect | |
Airtel DTH - pathetic service they are providing. Dish is installed near by tree and they are claiming charges for shifting. As per Airtel customer care, customer should aware all about this during installation time. They wont be responsible for any thing. Every month they will collect charges only. I moved for disconnection, their back end support team ensures all the problems will be addressed with in next one week and requested dont go for disconnection. Nothing is happend for one month. I couldnt recharge due to that obstruction and when i ask customer care, you can remove.But we wont refund any thing. these are the tickets i raised. 31863127, 31957479, 32054604,[protected] some tickets are closed without my knowledge and when i ask that, you might not be received the SMS.this is not our fault.
