Airtel — Airtel DTH Connection Not Working from 10 days | |||
I have 2 connections of Airtel DTH 001 & 002. I ordered a upgrade on my first connection i.e. 001 on 18th May 2020 for which they replaced the Setup Box with a new one. At backend, instead of deactivating the old box of 001 connection, they deactivated 002 connection box. Its been 10 days and they are not able to fix the problem. I registered a complaint on 19th May 2020 that my both connection are not working fine. After that i registered another complaint at backend team and there have been multiple times I have called the Customer Care and Backend End and they are not able to solve the problem. They are not even able to commit a time against when it will start working. My pre-paid rental pack is running non-stop and my TV is not working. Was this information helpful? | |||
