Airtel — airtel dth connection problem - scramble signal | |||
I have purchased airtel dth connection. My customer i'd is [protected]. Moble number is [protected], [protected]. I have only one issue with there service is signal problem.in last 3 years i have registered 5 - 6complaints about it but every time there representative comes and clean that cam card of set top box and make one call to there customer care and then it's working fine. But whenever i call them for complaint they said that your cam card is need to changed, but still the date they did not change it they only clean it and after calling there customer service it will working. Also one thing that will say every time is that i was having built in set top box in tv so that problem is occurs every time. So my question is why should you give that built in set top box in tv? And if this problem is occurs so why you will not provide us normal set top box on minimum price. Was this information helpful? | |||
