Airtel — airtel dth customer care behaviour

I called the customer care to stop one of my packages and the guy did so. Then, i wanted to ask him about some other information but incessantly said that 'thank you for calling airtel, have a nice day!'. I told him repeatedly that i wanted further information but he was rude and acted like he was doing a favor to me by talking to me. This was the last nail in the coffin for your customer care behaviour. I'll disconnect my connection as soon as my current validity expires. Your customer care sucks! Absolutely pathetic services!
