2023 April i brought Airtel black plan with broadband and DTH.
Today may 1st just one year completed and the dth set of box make a problem .
I make a complaint I got a technician visit and the person said that it's a software issue. It is the device and they are giving a replacement. Yas me to pay 600 rupees since my box one year warranty period has been expired. I don't understand how come this happen exactly on the next month of warranty period. And software and hardware issue it's not by the customer it happen because of the product manufacturing so it's a company problem for that why should I pay for 600 and for 600 rupees they are giving a refurbished device not a new device. I think is a kind of a cheating game from Airtel I think they are doing this with all the customers after the one year they making a software issue with the device and ask the customer to pay 600 again for a new device is a trick actually from metal good job. I should make a consumer complaint against Airtel and claim
