Airtel — airtel dth has done fraud | |||
I was not recharging my airtel dth tv id no- [protected] for about six months, then airtel dth people started calling me, and gave me offer that if i recharge with Rs 996, i will get 1 year of validity, including all the channels which were in my pack. Therefore i recharged with 996 rs. My tv started with all channels which were there in pack, but just after one week all the movie channels disappeared, some news channels disappeared, and even some basic channels disappeared, there is nothing left worth watching in the tv. when i called the customer care and asked them for changing my pack, to the pack which i was promised, they said that it cannot happen now (" how can we show you 230 rs per month pack in just 996 per year"). Then i asked them to change my pack to rs 230 per month and deduct the money from my account which has 996 rs, but they refused to do that also. Then i asked them to DEACTIVATE my account and REFUND my money, but they refused to do that also, saying that once you recharge your account your money could not be refunded, they said even if you recharge with large amount like 20000 rupees by mistake also, we will even not REFUND that as the money is safe with us in your account. I am feeling frustrated by the behavior of the airtel people as they have done fraud with me and making fun of my problem. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR MY PACK TO BE CHANGED TO WHAT IT WAS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, OTHERWISE I WILL FILE A CASE OF FRAUD AGAINST AIRTEL DIGITAL TV. I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL MY PROBLEM IS SOLVED.
