Airtel — airtel dth issuance on consumer number on wrong id | |||
I had two airtel dth connections, primary and secondary connection. Primary was hd and secondary was basic. When i relocated myself i notified airtel customer care to close my secondary connection because i do not need two connections. First they separated my two connection and then issued new consumer number on my secondary basic connection although i told them to close it. I was not aware that they issued new consumer number on my secondary connection. They advised me to recharge on my new consumer number. Once i recharged i did not get the signal because i thought i recharged my primary hd connection but they recharge my new basic connection. After long discussion on customer care they understand my request and assured me that they will switch the amount from basic new consumer id to my old primary hd connection. But issue is still pending and i did not get any response from their end. This is the service i got after using airtel dth for 7 years. Consumer no. [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
