Airtel — airtel dth - not allowed to choose a la-carte channels | |||
Hi, I am an airtel dth customer, i choose the channels for the feb 1 2019 revision. This was registered and an id was given to me. Subsequentty from 1st feb 2019 the dth services stopped there was balance in the account. Submitted a complaint a service technician came and he entered the channels in the tv and this was registered. No change the channels was not showing only 004 error channels not choosen. Now unable to use the dth connection in spite of balance. The airtel site does no allow to manage the channels or recharge or do anything regarding the dth account after feb 1 2019. This person is correct, Airtel has disabled A LA Carte, if you press the button it gives error and consumer is forced to choose rs 510/- plan. Also 25 Fta channels are compulsory thus limiting the consumers choice to choose compleately. Airtel is delibrately making a compleate mockery of TRAI new rules. TRAI should force Airtel to give A LA Carte channels Immediately. Airtel is delibrately fooling customers
