My Airtel DTH connection is not working from last 3 days & nobody is helping me. Your customer care service is pathetic, nobody had visited my house in last 3 days for rectification of this small problem. May be you are a big company but your customer care is pathetic & your services are pathetic too. I am your 5 years old customer & having 3 connections in my house of yours and if you guys are treating your old customers like this. Please let us know, we will remove your connection from my house and recommend others also to do the same. Please let me know what should i do.My connection no. is [protected]
