[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel Dth - referral amount not credited | |||
I referred my friend to buy Airtel Dth via airtel referral system by sending referral sms and by calling 12148. My friend activated the connection on 11 November 2013 and i have been told that the referral amount of Rs.200 will be credited within 48 hrs but the amount is not credited. Airtel should to take responsible to see that the referral amounts are credited properly or not. I called up airtel customer support to complain that the referral amount is not credited. Customer support person didn't respond properly and he is not ready to take up the complaint. I need a response from airtel dth service Was this information helpful? | |||
