[Resolved] Airtel — Airtel DTH ( Services Engineers are Rude & Worst ) | |||
I filled a service request to Airtel DTH to look after my DTH and resolve the issue. @6PM They filed a complaint immediately and said it would cost RS.150 for a visit .Even if it is two minutes work on DTH. I said ok & gave a timing before 10AM on any day! The next day morning [ 7 Calls ] 10:15AM a guy called and asked Shall i come now ? I said i started to office. 10:25AM Airtel customer care call 10:45 AM Service Engineer called. Same story 11:02 AM Another service engineer ( I was about to enter into a meeting ) 11:20 AM Another Service Engineer ( I Got angry ) 11:50 AM Again a service engineer. ( I said i don't want any service ) 12:02 PM Airtel customer care and Service Engineer on a Conference Call ( The Call center girl ( Doesn't Know Tamil ) asked me What is the issue and the service engineer started shouting, We will call 1000 times until we finish our work and you have to answer ! By the time call center girl is laughing. # A kind advice to Airtel, When you outsource your work validate the background of Service Engineering Agency. # A Quick up time and compelling the customer is not a good CUSTOMER SERVICE. GUYS THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CHOOSE AIRTEL DTH. Was this information helpful? | |||
