I disconnected my Airtel DTH service on 20th June 2025 and was assured by the customer support team that an executive would visit my residence to collect the setup box, after which the refund of ₹102.73 would be processed. Despite multiple follow-ups through the customer support number 121, no executive has visited for the setup box collection, and the refund has not been processed. Every time I call, I am asked to "wait, " but there has been no real solution provided.
I am seeking the immediate intervention of the concerned authorities to ensure that:
The setup box is collected without further delay.
The refund of ₹102.73 is processed as per the agreement.
