Airtel — Airtel DTH suspension fee

My CUSTOMER id [protected]. I have recharged for 338 Rupees on 11 July 2020 for 30 days of service as per the rates available. But in airtel thanks app it is showing as 28 days validity. When called the CUSTOMER care several times, got the message saying that Rs 15 has been deducted as suspension fees when recharge has done on the same ###. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment or suspension fee. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped and recharge done on the same date and airtel cannot charge as late payment/suspension fee. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel and penalty on them and bring justice to CUSTOMERs.
